Larry Parks was a long time resident and respected Petaluma businessman.  In his youth during WWII, he served as a cook in the Merchant Marines.  Returning to Petaluma,  he worked as a both a Contractor and Painter. He owned the Petaluma Paint Store located on Petaluma Boulevard which burned down in 1952.  After working in the trades he got his Real Estate Brokers license and started selling Real Estate in the 60's. He opened Larry Parks Realty in 1973. Today, Larry's daughter Bonnie continues to run the family business, providing a friendly personallized attention to detail that can not be found at larger franchised firms. Larry's son, Peter is still involved with the business , and his grandson Warren is now a licensed agent as well.  Cheryl Tennyson started with the business in the 90's and as a native Petaluman and local history buff, she rounds out the office perfectly.  A few years ago Michelle Baynes joined our office.   We aren't an office that invites new Agents to join us often, but Michelle's work getting people into their first homes, her knowledge of special programs for Native Americans, and her compassion for helping people in general, led us to enlarging our office for the first time in years.   2021 brought yet another change we hadn't anticipated. Another Agent, Robert Orlandi, joined our office.  A Broker himself, he could have opened his own office.  His knowledge and great sense of humor made him a natural to fit into ours and so we have grown once again.
